DELIVERY

All purchases received will be dispatched within 3 business days (depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). 

Purchases are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During promotional periods please allow up to 3 business days for your purchase to be processed and shipped.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • All purchases are sent via Sendle and are fully trackable.
  • Retail purchases - Standard shipping (1-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $170, otherwise, a flat rate of $12.00 will apply. 
  • Wholesale purchases - Standard shipping is a flat rate of (Melbourne Metro $22.00) and (Country $26.00) applies.
  • We recommend customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5 pm. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office/depot for collection.
  • For delivery to some rural and semi-rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature.
  • Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas, Easter, and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

  • For delivery in New Zealand the flat rate shipping fee of $14.00 AUD will apply.
  • Your purchase will be dispatched by the next business day to deliver within 7 business days.
  • It is recommended our customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5 pm. Otherwise, your purchase will be re-directed to the nearest post office/depot for collection.
  • Your purchase is sent via courier and is fully trackable.

DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY (REST OF THE WORLD)

  • For all international deliveries the flat rate shipping fee of $32.00 AUD will apply.
  • Your purchase will be dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 15 business days.
  • Your purchase is sent via registered international post which means the item is fully trackable.
  • Please note, delivery to Central America, South America and South Africa may take up to 30 business days.
  • Occasionally customs, courier delays or global events may affect the delivery timeframe which are out of our control.

The data registered by the www.koacrystals.com website in respect of your purchase will be conclusive proof of the whole of the transactions conducted between Koa Crystals & Stones and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Koa Crystals & Stones and its customer regarding a purchase made on the www.koacrystal.com website, the data registered by Koa Crystals & Stones will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction.
